Q. What areas do you cover?

A. We generally cover the areas of Yorkshire and North Derbyshire with all our plant.  In certain cases we do go beyond these boundaries but this is dependant on the type of work being undertaken.

Q. Do you hire out machines on a self-drive basis?

A. We don't typically hire out our machines on a self-drive basis.  We prefer to have our own skilled operators driving our equipment, however, in some cases we will listen to a customers needs and service requirements as needed.

Q. Do all machine and lorry drivers have the appropriate operator licences?

A. Under no circumstances is a un-qualified driver sent out on any job.  All our operatives hold the relevant CPCS cards required for sites and all our lorry drivers hold a C and or C+E driving license.

Q. What happens if a machine breaks down?

A. In rare cases when our machinery does break down we will have a mechanic out to inspect it as soon as possible. If the machine is repairable on site then we will do so at minimal inconvenience.  If the machine cannot be repaired on site then we will aim to replace it the same day.

A. Unfortunately, no one is perfect and problems do arise from time to time.  Dependant upon the type of problem, we will endeavour to reach a resolution as quickly as possible.  It is important that any problems encountered are notified at the time they occurred.  Problems reported at the end of hire will be investigated by the general manager.
